Life Lately

So I finally just took some crappy pictures on my phone. I have a ton of pictures on my camera, and I finally set up the computer that a guy at work made me, but I can't get it to connect to the internet, so yeah...
So here are some random pictures of the last few weeks. Again I apologize for the quality, 3.2 megapixels just doesn't cut it!
We found out that Hayes love ketchup! Now if he sees it sitting on the counter, he starts yelling until we put some one his tray. Not the healthiest or the neatest food, but hey whatever works, right?
Chris has been working like crazy lately. The kids and I bought him out food one evening, so we sat in the car and ate ice cream while daddy worked. Oh and when I say he has been working like crazy, picture 16-24 hours a day!
Since Chris and his boss have been working so much, I have been picking up the slack in the office. That including about 5 trips to every cell phone store, averaging 2 hours in each one! They were trying to figure out which company was going to have the best service for them out in the fields in the middle of nowhere. This picture I was returning the Verizon cell phones, and I was brave and brought the boys along. This was also the first time I have been in the mall since I was pregnant with Hayes.
So I promise I did not blur out baby D's face, that is just my awesome phone! A co-worker quit so we went out to lunch at Boston Pizza. I actually really appreciated how much they cater to little kids. When they brought out the highchairs, they were wrapped in plastic (they get washed after every use) and under the plastic was toys and saltine crackers. Oh and they had a toy chest that kids could take as many toys as they wanted to, when you first came in. Thank you Boston's for caring!
And back to baling grass. So funny story with these two pictures, I took them last night. Chris asked me to bring him out something to drink when I got off work, he was only a couple of miles away. So when I got there I parked in the entrance to the field but as far to the side as I could, you never want to park on down grass, and I didn't want my car to be in their way.
So I ran over and jumped in with Chris, well I had never ridden with him while he was baling before, so I didn't know that there wasn't a buddy seat in the tractor. So I had to half stand with my butt pressed against the window, while trying not to hit my head. I'm sure that made for quite a pretty sight! haha. Anyway, the owner of the field came out and dropped off some bale wrap, and then left, there was just enough room for him to get his pickup around my Jeep. So Chris and I start heading away from my car in the baler, the next time I looked back, I saw a truck with 2 hay trailers on behind waiting to get into the field. No big deal, right? Well this is a 50 mph road that is pretty busy and it is 5pm. Ooopppsss. So I jump out of the tractor and take off running for the road. The guy that is running the wrapper is already at my car but he can't figure out where to put in my keys(my key is just a plastic rectangle that you stick into the dash and turn)So as I am running the 200 yards to my car I look up at the road block I caused, the back up is about 1/4 mile long and there is a sheriff 3 cars back. haha Got to love farm life!

My kids love ketchup too!! I hear its easy to make... just haven't been that industrious!
Ugh, we are fixin' to have to switch over to Verizon..they bought our our local company, and I'm SO not happy. We were assured that we'd have even better service, but I don't think they realize how far out we are. We're lucky now to have one bar, with the local company!

The buddy seats are SO uncomfortable! I feel your pain. And I can honestly say I don't think I ever cause a road block that big on our farm! But then again we don't have that much traffic on our roads, lol.

Ketchup. I can not get my daughters to eat ketchup at all! I find it odd. Most kids love it!
