I went to the nutritionist this morning. What a waste of time. There were supposed to be 3 other women there, for a little class on healthy eating while pregnant, but no one else came, because their insurance didn't cover it. She informed me that I eat too many carbs. Duh that is all that sounds good right now. I did learn that it is ok to eat carbs as long as you pair it with some protein and some fat.
The best part about going to the nutritionist was I got to sleep in on a Thursday! Well I guess I better get back to work. I just wanted to document all the steps along the way of my pregnancy.
