Revolt Week 3

Still keeping up. The work outs feels so good, and my ab muscles are super sore. No movement on the scale this week, but we will go ahead and blame that on the time of the month. I will be doing my measurements at the end of the week so I will let you guys know!

My boot camp instructor used to say that pain is weakness leaving your body. I wanted to kill her... but she's probably right!
